Less than 100 word story
After the bombs fell, all that remained of humanity was hiding underground in bunkers. John and his family were lucky enough to escape to the bunker under their house bringing enough food for only three months. Only 2 months into the apocalypse, his wife got sick and was arguing with her whether or not he should leave to find supplies. As they were yelling at each other, they both stopped, looked at each other, and turned toward the door, to see who was knocking.
